Trust and transparency

Editorial policy

This policy explains how Zentrivo creates and maintains the educational material in its resource library. Last updated 6 September 2026.

Who publishes the resources

Resources are published by the Zentrivo Editorial Team on behalf of Zentrivo Solutions (OPC) Private Limited. The team translates generally applicable technology and operational practices into practical guidance for business and technical readers.

Where an article requires specialist legal, regulatory, financial, or sector-specific advice, we state the limitation rather than presenting general information as a tailored professional opinion.

How topics and sources are selected

We choose topics that answer a defined planning or implementation question. Articles should help a reader make a decision, run a review, or understand a tradeoff without requiring a sales conversation.

We prefer primary sources such as standards bodies, government cybersecurity agencies, and official technical documentation. Sources are linked at the end of each guide. Commercial claims and client outcomes are included only when they can be accurately substantiated and disclosed.

Originality and commercial independence

Articles are written for this site and organized around Zentrivo's own explanation or framework. We do not copy or lightly rewrite third-party articles. Quotations, when necessary, are brief and attributed.

A resource may discuss problems that Zentrivo can help solve, but its educational conclusions are not changed in exchange for payment, referral fees, or vendor placement. Sponsored content will be clearly labelled if it is ever published.

Review, corrections, and updates

Each guide shows its publication or update date. We review material when referenced guidance changes or when a correction is reported. Readers can report a factual error, unclear passage, broken source, or potential conflict by emailing [email protected].

Material corrections are made promptly after verification. A revision date changes when an update affects the substance of the article, not for spelling or formatting changes alone.
